On March 18, 2026, Viktoria V. Romanova, Director of the V.A. Musin Center, LL.D., Professor, at the invitation of the State Duma Committee on Energy, participated in a roundtable discussion on Legislative Support for Planning the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Russian Federation. Speakers included: S.G. Levchenko, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Energy; E.P. Grabchak, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation; D.D. Tetenkin, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation; representatives of the academic community, government agencies, and public organizations. V.V. Romanova delivered a report titled “The Tasks of Legislative Support for Planning the Development of the Fuel and Energy Complex.” Postgraduate students of the V.A. Musin Center also participated in the roundtable, including E.A. Sidorova, Vice President of SPIMEX JSC, and I.E. Kryuchkova, Chief Legal Counsel at SO UES JSC.
