Musin Center, LL.D, Professor, at the invitation of SPIMEX JSC, participated in the session “Legal Barriers and Drivers of the Exchange Commodity Market,” held as part of the Exchange Commodity Market forum. The session was moderated by Elena A. Sidorova, Vice President of SPIMEX JSC. Speakers included: Olga F. Prudnikova, Director of the Energy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission; Maria E. Yulina, Head of the Division for Supervision of Commodity Market Infrastructure Organizations within the Financial Market Infrastructure Department of the Bank of Russia; representatives of the academic community and consulting firms.
