On October 13, 2023, the Russian Energy Week 2023 hosted the All-Russian Conference Development of the Fuel and Energy Complex at the Modern Stage. Challenges of Legal Regulation. A Youth Perspective.
Anastasia B. Bondarenko, State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, greeted conference attendees with an opening address. In her speech, A.B. Bondarenko commended on the excellent preparation of the conference and interesting topics of speeches. She also focused on the trends in the energy law development.
Andrey G. Lisitsyn-Svetlanov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Member of the Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia on Energy Law and Development of Laws in the Fuel and Energy Sector, addressed young specialists of the fuel and energy sector participating in the conference. In his report, A.G. Lisitsyn-Svetlanov noted the relevance of the topics addressed in speeches, identified problems, and highlighted the most topical aspects of legal regulation in the fuel and energy complex in both the present stage and the future.
