On December 6, 2022, V.V. Romanova, Chief Scientific Officer of V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization, participated in the meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. On behalf of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, E.M. Sheremettsev, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, reported on the work of the Ministry of Energy on the automation of public services, and A.B. Bondarenko, State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, reported on the targeted personnel training for fuel and energy complex organizations.
Following the discussion, the members of the Public Council mentioned the high social importance of the transition of public services to the electronic form, emphasized the need to intensify personnel training for fuel and energy complex organizations and to make priority lists of professional standards in order to achieve strategic goals of energy sector development. The importance of proper regulatory support in the energy sector was repeatedly emphasized during the meeting. This requires the training of specialized, highly qualified legal personnel.
