On December 3, 2021, V.V. Romanova’s textbook Energy Law. Textbook for Training of Top Qualification Personnel was presented at the Lawyer’s Day celebration on the proposal of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

The representatives of the legal community expressed a high opinion of the presented textbook and recommended it not only for postgraduate students and degree seeking students, but also as a handbook for all those interested in the problems of legal regulation in various energy sectors.
