Dear colleagues,
We would like to extend an invitation to young FEC specialists and young scientists to participate in the All-Russian Contest of Scientific Publications by Young FEC Specialists and Young Scientists 2024.
The contest is organized by V. A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Association of Lawyers of Russia.

The deadline for submitting works for the first stage is February 20, 2024.
► After careful evaluation of the submissions for the contest, the participants will be awarded first-, second- and third-degree diplomas.
A first-degree diploma will be awarded to participants, whose publications recommend and propose to develop legal regulation that could be considered for integration into current national and international legal regulation on the topic of research or used for reviews of pre-trial and judicial practices of dispute resolution.
A second-degree diploma will be awarded to participants, whose publications include conclusions and proposals that could be considered for integration into current national and international legal regulation or used for reviews of pre-trial and judicial practices of dispute resolution, with minor revisions or clarifications of wording.
A third-degree diploma will be awarded to participants, who focus their publications on analyzing a specific area of legal regulation, but whose conclusions and recommendations lack sufficient certainty and are, to a greater extent, limited to identifying gaps and contradictions in legal regulation.
►Contest works recommended for publication will be published in the Energy Law Forum journal (https://mlcjournal.ru/).
►Stage winners will have the opportunity to present their works at the Youth Scientific Forum on Energy Law and other scientific and practical events of the Energy Law Center.
►Prospective postgraduate students, who apply for postgraduate programs of V. A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science will be eligible for additional credits (https://musinlc.ru/sveden/pravila-priioma/).
►Stage winners will receive gift certificates for a distance learning course in the additional professional development program “Modern Energy Law”, which includes a standard certificate of course completion (https://musinlc.ru/sovremennoe-energeticheskoe-pravo-2/).
