On December 3, 2023, a Cooperation AGREEMENT was entered into in Moscow by and between Beijing Longyan Dingsheng Co. Ltd (People’s Republic of China) and the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science (Russian Federation) in science, education, expert activity and the use of digital technologies.
Beijing Longyan Dingsheng Co. Ltd is a leader in the use of online educational platforms in the People’s Republic of China and is interested in promoting scientific publications and online courses on energy law of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science.
The signing ceremony was attended by Victoria V Romanova, Director of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, and Sun Yunxi, CEO of Beijing Longyan Dingsheng Co. Ltd.
