On December 3, 2023, in Moscow, a Cooperation AGREEMENT was entered into by and between Mars Pioneer (Tianjin) Technology Co.Ltd. (People’s Republic of China) and the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science (Russian Federation) on the introduction and use of digital technologies in the implementation of scientific and educational activities.
Mars Pioneer (Tianjin) Technology Co. Ltd. (People’s Republic of China) is interested in developing joint modern online scientific and educational projects with the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science.
