Youth Forum on Energy Law

The annual Youth Forum on Energy Law will be held on July 11, 2025.

Registration starts at 11:30 a.m. (Moscow time)

Format: In-person and remote. A link for remote participation will be sent to registered participants on July 10, 2025.

The Forum will be attended by young specialists of the fuel and energy sector, civil servants, judicial representatives, early-career scientists, postgraduate students, and practicing lawyers under the age of 35.

Highlights of the Forum include an award ceremony for participants in Stage 2 of the All-Russian Competition of Scientific Publication by Young FEC Specialists and Young Scientists and awards for winners of the first Energy Law Olympus competition.

Speakers and participants, including leading FEC experts, distinguished scientists, practicing attorneys, representatives of the International Union of Lawyers, and members of the Commission on Energy Law and Legislation Development in the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Association of Russian Lawyers, will explore pressing issues of legal regulation in the energy sector, including legal regulation of energy infrastructure security, digitalization in the energy sector, corporate governance in energy companies, state regulation, control (oversight), international infrastructure projects, international energy cooperation, etc.
