On July 25, 2025, a working meeting was held between Professor Viktoriya Romanova, Director of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, and Professor Yu Yongda, Deputy Director of the China Center for Leadership of the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University. The working meeting took place upon the invitation of the colleague from Tsinghua University with the aim of developing cooperation and implementing joint postgraduate programs in energy law, as well as professional advancement programs for young Russian and Chinese scientists and specialists from energy companies.
Professor Yu Yongda highly appreciated the scientific and practical events organized by the the V.A. Musin Center, including those conducted for young specialists of the fuel and energy complex and young scientists. Professor Yu Yongda proposed considering the possibility of conducting joint scientific research, joint conferences, and forums. Viktoriya Romanova, Director of the V.A. Musin Center, thanked Professor Yu Yongda and Gao Yu, Research Scientist of the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University, for their high appraisal of V.A. Musin Center’s activities, their kind attitude, and the opportunity to develop cooperation and implement joint programs.
