February 3, 2026 – Victoria V. Romanova, Director of the V.A. Musin Center, participated in a webinar organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia on the topic: Implementation of MAX by Educational and Scientific Organizations, at the invitation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia. Leading universities and scientific organizations participated in the webinar. The webinar was held under the supervision of A.V. Omelchuk, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. According to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, the V.A. Musin Center tops the rank list of scientific organizations in the implementation of MAX. V.V. Romanova delivered a report on the V.A. Musin Center’s experience in implementing the MAX national messenger and working with the channel.
