The first stage of the All-Russian Scientific Publication Competition for Young FEC Specialists and Young Scientists will open for submissions on January 12, 2026. The competition is organized by the V.A. Musin Center with the support of the Russian Ministry of Energy and the Association of Lawyers of Russia. Submissions for Stage 1 close on March 10, 2026.
