V.V. Romanova, Director of the V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, participated in the 7th All-Russian Forum on Alternative Dispute Resolution, which was held to commemorate the 85th anniversary of V.A. Musin’s birth. The Forum was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, arbitration institutions, the scientific community, higher education institutions, and public organizations.
V.V. Romanova presented S.A. Belov, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the St. Petersburg State University, with a V.A. Musin Center memorial album dedicated to Mr. Musin’s 85’th anniversary.
At the request of the Forum organizers, V.V. Romanova presented an overview of the Center’s scientific and practical activities, educational programs for postgraduates and advanced training programs, including those which have been particularly popular with fuel and energy complex specialists: Modern Energy Law, Gas Law, Energy Dispute Resolution Procedure, and International Energy Arbitration.
V.V. Romanova expressed her gratitude to the organizers and participants of the event for their fond memories of V.A. Musin, support, and assistance.
