Review of the Annual International Youth Energy Law Forum

On July 11, 2025, the Annual International Youth Energy Law Forum was successfully held in Moscow.

The Forum was organised by Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, with the support of the International Union of Lawyers.

At the Youth Energy Law Forum, young FEC specialists, young scientists, postgraduate and master’s degree students from the Russian Federation and friendly foreign countries discussed current tasks of legal regulation in various energy sectors, presented proposals to improve national energy law and strengthen the international energy law and order.

The Forum was moderated by Viktoria V. Romanova, LL.D., Professor, Director of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science and Chairperson of the Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia on Energy Law and the Development of Legislation in the Fuel and Energy Complex. She welcomed all participants and expressed her gratitude for their support, assistance, and warm remembrance of Valery A. Musin, as well as the opportunity to preserve and develop his scientific legacy.

Traditionally, an award ceremony was held as part of the Youth Energy Law Forum – 2025 for the participants of stage II of the 2025 All-Russian Competition of Scientific Publications by Young FEC Specialists and Young Scientists, as well as for the participants of stage I of the 2025 Energy Law Olympus Competition.
