The International Level Scientific Publications 2025: Development Trends international scientific and practical conference was opened on May 20 in Moscow. The conference was organized by the Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
A welcoming address was delivered by Vladislav Ya. Panchenko, Academician and Vice President of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Participants were also welcomed by Olga V. Kirillova, President of the Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers, and Artur A. Azarov, Vice-Rector for Science at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
