Protection of Corporate Interests of Gazprom Group. Educational Program for Gazprom Group Executives Launched in St. Petersburg

On May 19, 2025, an educational program for Gazprom Group executives was launched in St. Petersburg.

Viktoria Romanova, Director of the V.A. Musin Center, LL.D., Professor, delivered a lecture course titled Features of Corporate Governance in Companies with State Participation.

The course provides a systematized legal overview of the specifics of legal support for corporate governance in companies with state participation, including those with foreign shareholders, across various segments of the energy sector.

The course incorporates current laws and enforcement practices, including court rulings on anti-suit injunctions.

Anna Likhacheva, Deputy Department Head at Gazprom, PJSC, and postgraduate student at the V.A. Musin Center, addressed pressing issues related to the legal status of companies with foreign shareholders (members).

The session featured a dynamic discussion on the application of regulatory instruments designed to counter restrictive measures by certain states, anti-suit injunctions, and professional qualification standards for legal specialists in state-owned energy companies.

The V.A. Musin Center expresses its deep gratitude to Gazprom, PJSC, for the opportunity to contribute to the professional development of sector-specific personnel for the largest energy company. We wish Gazprom, PJSC, and the companies of Gazprom Group continued success and prosperity.
