On December 3, 2024, as part of the Lawyer’s Day celebration program, the commemorative monograph “Current Problems of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science” dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Valery Abramovich Musin, edited by V.V. Romanova, Doctor of Law, Professor, was presented at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
The commemorative monograph was prepared with the participation of Russian and foreign scientists, as well as renowned practicing lawyers.
The commemorative monograph addresses a number of issues related to the modern energy law dialogue and the challenges currently facing energy law in a multipolar world. It also considers the protection of the rights of energy market players, legal support for the innovative development of the fuel and energy complex, and the legal position of fuel and energy companies under sanctions, among other topics.
V.V. Romanova expressed her gratitude to the author’s team and the esteemed reviewers for their invaluable contributions, support and fond remembrance of Valery Abramovich Musin.
The participants of the event saw the presentation of a commemorative album dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Valery Abramovich Musin and the jubilee issue of Energy Law Forum.
