Musin Readings 2022. Topical Issues of Energy Law international scientific and practical conference will be held on April 14, 2022. Russian and foreign scientists, practitioners, specialists of energy companies, government agencies, representatives of public organizations, postgraduate students, and degree seeking students take part in the conference.
Organizers of the event: V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization, Gazprom VNII GAZ, LLC, Association of Lawyers of Russia, Department of Energy Law of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).
The event will focus on the most topical issues of energy law at the current stage of its development at the national and international level. These issues include trends in the formation of energy law of the Eurasian Economic Union, problems and trends in the development of international regulation of energy law, legal regulation of the construction of energy infrastructure, legal regulation of investments in the energy sector, legal regulation of public-private partnership projects in the energy sector, legal regulation of pricing in the energy sector, legal regulation of low-carbon energy, legal regulation of industrial safety and anti-terrorist security of fuel and energy facilities, trends in legal regulation of specific energy sectors, pre-trial and court procedures of dispute resolution in the energy sector, trends in state regulation and control (supervision) in the energy sector, customs regulation in the energy sector, liability for violation of requirements of energy law, etc. Applications for participation and abstracts will be accepted until April 8, 2022, inclusive.
