On July 25, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science and Mosenergo, PJSC.
The Memorandum was signed by Viktoriya V. Romanova, Director of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, and Anna A. Efimova, Deputy Managing Director and Director for Legal Affairs of Mosenergo, PJSC.
The Memorandum provides for cooperation in the field of scientific, expert, and educational activities. The parties expressed mutual hope for the further development of cooperation. Viktoriya V. Romanova, Director of the V.A. Musin Center, thanked Mosenergo, PJSC, and personally Anna A. Efimova for their long-term support and assistance in the development of energy law, the training of highly qualified personnel, and the support of scientific research by young specialists in the energy industry.
