Viktoria V. Romanova, Director of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, took part in a meeting of the Business Council for Cooperation with Mongolia of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which took place on July 9, 2025, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Pavel A. Ustyuzhaninov, Executive Director of the Russian-Mongolian Business Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Russian Part of the Russian-Chinese Chamber, Member of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Committee on International Cooperation, spoke about the priorities for the continued development of the Business Council for Cooperation with Mongolia aimed at strengthening Russian-Mongolian foreign relations. Vladimir I. Padalko, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, participated in the meeting on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, participants discussed trends in the development of business relations between the Russian and Mongolian business communities, focusing on sectors such as construction, transport, science, education, and culture. Viktoria V. Romanova, Director of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, delivered a speech on cooperation in scientific, expert, educational, and publishing activities in the fields of energy, corporate, and other branches of law. V.V. Romanova paid particular attention to training and retraining specialized FEC personnel engaged in joint Russian-Mongolian energy infrastructure projects.
