The Law in the Post-Crisis Period International Scientific and Practical Conference will be held on November 28, 2025, on the eve of the Lawyer’s Day.

The conference will bring together leading and emerging experts in the fuel and energy complex, prominent and young scholars from the Russian Federation and abroad, representatives of government bodies and public organizations, postgraduate students, and practicing lawyers.
The Law in the Post-Crisis Period International Scientific and Practical Conference offers a unique platform for expert discussion, analysis, and the development of solutions aimed at adapting the legal system to new realities and challenges. How does the law respond to shifts in the socio-economic environment, foreign policy, and foreign economic relations? Any crisis not only tests the resilience of existing legal mechanisms but also prompts their rethinking and modernization.
Key topics for discussion include: transformation of national substantive and procedural law; changes in contractual regulation of international public and private relations; national contractual regulation under unstable conditions; the role of law in regulating the digital economy; etc.
The goal of the conference is to unite the efforts of leading scholars, practicing lawyers, government officials, and business representatives to develop a comprehensive approach to addressing the most urgent legal challenges arising amid global instability. The conference outcomes are expected to contribute to the modernization of the legal system and to the sustainable development of the society.
