Enrollment to the Modern Energy Law program is open

V.A. Musin Center is currently accepting applications for its online advanced training course of Modern Energy Law (40 hours), which will commence in December 2024

Modern Energy Law is the basic course and one of the V.A. Musin Center’s most in-demand offerings. The course covers the following issues:

• Modern Energy Law in the Context of Economic Sanctions;
• The Current State and Trends in the Development of Legal Regulation of Private Law Relations in the Energy Sector;
• The Current State and Trends in the Development of Legal Regulation of Public Law Relations in the Energy Sector;
• The Current State and Trends in the Development of International Legal Regulation in the Energy Sector.

The electronic format of the training allows for uninterrupted continued work.

The training program is scheduled to commence on December 20 and will continue for a period of one month.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be issued a certificate in accordance with the established sample.
