RUSSIAN ENERGY WEEK 2021
The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation,
the Association of Lawyers of Russia,
V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization,
and the Department of Energy Law of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL)
announce the traditional all-Russian competition for bachelor’s and master’s degree students of law high higher education institutions and faculties
FUTURE LAWYER IN THE ENERGY SECTOR.
The tasks of the competition are presented by the legal departments of the leading energy companies of the Russian Federation. The participants will be invited to solve 5 problems on different issues of legal regulation in the energy sector. The tasks are numbered and attached to this announcement in PDF format. The answers should be submitted on or before October 1, 2021, 05:00 p.m., to e-mail addresses: VVROMANOVA@msal.ru; branchmp99@yandex.ru.
Solutions Formating Requirements:
Specify the competition: REW 2021. Future Lawyer in the Energy Sector. 2021
Include the full name, place of study, year, e-mail, phone
The answer should be in PDF format and signed by the participant
The font should be Times New Roman, 14, spacing 1.5.
Size: 1 page of solutions for 1 problem
Criteria for Evaluating the Competitors:
Correct understanding of the applicable rules of energy law: from 0 to 100 points;
Correct solution of 5 problems: 100 points;
Correct solution of 4 problems: 80 points;
Correct solution of 3 problems: 60 points;
Correct solution of 2 problems: 40 points;
Correct solution of 1 problem: 20 points;
Each additional problem solved is worth another 20 points.
Deadline for reviewing the answers: October 8, 2021 (inclusive).
