Registration for the International Scientific and Practical Conference within the framework of the 2025 Russian Energy Week Youth Day has been opened.
On October 17, 2025, within the framework of the Russian Energy Week, the traditional international scientific and practical conference, Energy Law Dialogue in a Multipolar World: View of the Youth, Government, Science, and Business, will be held on the Youth Day.
The organizer is Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science.
The conference will be attended by the finalists of the 3rd stage of the All-Russian Competition of Scientific Publications for Young Specialists in the Fuel and Energy Complex (FEC) and Young Scientists under the age of 35, bachelor’s and master’s degree students being winners of the Energy Law Olympus Competition, heads and representatives of legal units of energy companies, government agencies, scientific organizations from the Russian Federation and foreign countries, international organizations, as well as members of the Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia on Energy Law and the Development of Legislation in the Fuel and Energy Complex. As part of the event, a solemn awarding ceremony will be held for the contestants.
We kindly invite all interested parties to join the scientific and practical conference and take active part in the contemporary energy law dialogue.
Participation format: in-person and remote

Time of the event: from 04.30 to 06.00 p.m.
Venue: 1 Manezhnaya Square, Manege Central Exhibition Hall, Conference hall “B”, floor 2, Moscow
