On May 15 to 16, 2025, the Organization of Admission Campaigns for Higher Education Programs case session was held in Moscow. The event was organized by Federal State Budgetary InstitutionCenter of Education Development and International Activities (Interobrazovanie) for scientific and educational institutions of higher education of the Russian Federation.

Maria A. Kolenkova, Head of Educational and Methodological Support for Scientific and Educational Activities, represented Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science at the case session.

The session focused on best practices for organizing admission campaigns and applicant engagement, reviewed methods of data processing and admission campaign monitoring, and discussed and analyzed recent updates in the regulatory framework for admissions to educational programs for the 2025/26 academic year.

Speakers from Interobrazovanie at the case session included Alla L. Kolomenskaya, expert in regulatory instruments, Anna A. Morozova, head of the department for interaction with educational organizations and expert in the monitoring and evaluation of target admission levels and admission offices, Ekaterina P. Sedova, head of the project office of the ministry of education and science of russia for the implementation of digital transformation in higher education and expert in digital admissions, Ekaterina V. Vershinina, expert in foreign applicant admissions, and Alexander V. Gusev, expert in the monitoring and evaluation of target admission levels and admission offices.

Special attention was given to the practical use of the Online Higher Education Institution Admission Super Service, documentation of individual achievements, submission of applications for target admission levels allocation and completion of monitoring forms, use of normative legal documents in the development of local regulations, and admission specifics for foreign citizens and stateless persons.

On May 12, 2025, the Admission Office of the V.A. Musin Center officially launched its postgraduate admissions campaign. Enrollment and training are carried out online via the Russian MTS-Link platform, allowing students to combine study and work conveniently.
