On April 4, 2025, during the international scientific and practical conference Musin Readings 2025. Current Problems of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science and the International Union of Lawyers.
The agreement was signed by Victoria Valerievna Romanova, Director of the V Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science and Andrey Adamovich Trebkov, Chairman of the International Union of Lawyers.
The objectives of the agreement include expanding international cooperation in the field of legal science and education, intensifying the search for promising forms of integration between scientific research and educational practice, and fostering the development of scientific and educational potential.
V.V. Romanova, Director of the V.A. Musin Center, emphasized the special importance of developing international cooperation in various areas of energy law for the Center. She sincerely thanked the International Union of Lawyers for its support and assistance.
A.A. Trebkov, Chairman of the International Union of Lawyers, warmly recalled the cooperation with Valery Abramovich Musin, noting his significant contribution to the advancement of legal science. He expressed hope for further strengthening of ties with the V.A. Musin Center.
The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization V.A. Musin Research Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science and the International Union of Lawyers was also attended by Konstantin Valerievich Rebets, Executive Secretary of the International Union of Lawyers, Vyacheslav Yurievich Gusyakov, Deputy Chairman of the International Union of Lawyers, and Gagik Sergeevich Kazinyan, Chairman of the Union of Lawyers of Armenia and Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
