The meeting focused on pressing issues related to dispute consideration in the energy sector.
The meeting of the Scientific Advisory Board under the Central District Commercial Court supervised by Aleksandr Vladimirovich Orlov, Presiding Judge of the Central District Commercial Court, was attended by heads and judges of commercial courts: Donetsk People’s Republic, Ryazan Region, Kherson Region, Belgorod Region, Voronezh Region, Lipetsk Region, Orel Region, the Republic of Crimea, Tambov Region, Bryansk Region, the Nineteenth Commercial Court of Appeal, the Twentieth Commercial Court of Appeal, the Twenty-First Commercial Court of Appeal. The issues of judicial practice in resolution of disputes in electric power supply, heat supply and gas supply were discussed.
