On December 3, 2020, the winners of the V.A. Musin Russian Law Award, Anastasia B. Bondarenko, State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, and Roza N. Salieva, Head of the Laboratory of Legal Problems of Subsoil Use, Ecology and the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, received their awards for contribution to the development of energy law.
The V.A. Musin Russian Law Award for contribution to the development of energy law was established by the Association of Lawyers of Russia in 2018.
The award was established in memory of Valery A. Musin, famous Russian scientist, lawyer, LL.D. (March 28, 1939 to December 22, 2015). It is a symbol of recognition of the outstanding scientist and a sign that the Association of Lawyers of Russia strives to support the development of legal science.

Nikolay M. Kropachev, Rector of St. Petersburg State University, and Anna A. Efimova, Deputy Managing Director, Director for Legal Affairs of Mosenergo, PJSC, received the V.A. Musin Russian Law Award for contribution to the development of energy law in 2018. Aleksey B. Miller, Chairman of the Board of Gazprom, OJSC, and Lyubov I. Shevchenko, Professor of the Department of Legal Regulation of the Fuel and Energy Complex of International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy of MGIMO University, received the V.A. Musin Russian Law Award for Contribution to the Development of Energy Law in 2019.
