Musin Research Center. Publication topic: Judicial Protection of the Legal Regime of Restricted Use Areas of Trunk Oil Pipeline Territories; and Alexey Shamilevich Sharafutdinov, Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs – Deputy Managing Director of MOEK PJSC. Publication topic: Current Issues in Licensing the Activities of Management Companies in the Housing and Utilities Sector; 3rd place (shared) – Aleksandr Sergeevich Pates, CEO of Vershina Development LLC; Postgraduate Student of the V.A. Musin Research Center. Publication topic: The Procedure for Amending the Contract for the Construction of Generating Facilities Operating on Renewable Energy Sources; and Sergey Vladimirovich Rachkin, Deputy CEO – Security Director of EL5-Energo PJSC; Postgraduate Student of the V.A. Musin Research Center. Publication topic: Competition or Conflict of Powers in the Field of State Control (Supervision) Over Compliance with Legislative Requirements in Ensuring the Safety of Fuel and Energy Complex Facilities; and Elena Alekseevna Sidorova, Vice President of the Petersburg Exchange JSC; Postgraduate Student of the V.A. Musin Research Center. Publication topic: The Legal Status of the Exchange as an Organizer of Trading on Commodity Markets in General and on Individual Commodity Markets: The Example of the Energy Resources Market. Summing up the results of the competition, A.G. Lisitsyn-Svetlanov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, LL.D., Professor, highlighted the high quality of all submissions, the relevance of the chosen topics, and the noteworthy conclusions reached by the authors.
